As a Senior Partner Manager - Director in the Agent Bank Channel (Community Bank Channel ), will manage all relationship management activities for partners (Agent Bank Channel/Community Bank Channel) in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region. This is an individual contributor position, will not manage a team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Review and recommend objectives and procedures that will improve overall partner merchant services program

  • Working closely with the merchant services sales representatives and the executives of the Agent Bank

  • Identify business opportunities and recommend referral strategies

  • Coordinates the business development programs as well as communicating progress updates with partner.

  • Manages all partner contract negotiations.

  • Develop solutions for problem accounts and/or challenges within the partner program.

This is a home based position, the primary bank partner is located in the Indianapolis market, but will work with other bank partners outside this area. The ideal candidate will live in the eastern or central time zone.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight or more years of sales experience in the financial services industry

  • One or more years of management experience (will not manage a team)

  • Ability to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Five or more years of sales experience in the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment

  • Considerable knowledge of applicable policies and procedures

  • Considerable knowledge and/or experience with financial institution operations

  • Advanced knowledge of all organization products and operations

  • Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities

  • Strong organizational and managerial skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Excel proficiency, working with large data sets

  • Will create PowerPoint presentations for the business review meetings
