Acadian Total Security Customer Care Rep / Alarm Dispatcher in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Acadian Total Security, a division of Acadian Companies, is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Alarm Dispatcher to work in our 24 hour monitoring center in Baton Rouge, LA. This position is a day shift.

This position will be responsible for verifying and dispatching security, fire, and medical alarms for both residential and business customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Problem solving and multi-tasking abilities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to adhere to productivity goals and departmental guidelines
